\"\"CEE Legal Matters interviewed our attorney-at-law and partner, Kristi Sild. She discussed the COVID-19 situation in Estonia.<\/p>\n

The country has been quite liberal with COVID-19 restrictions as, for instance, the schools are open and people can work from offices.<\/p>\n

However, she highlighted that vaccination-related regulations have impacted law firms\u2019 activities due to a significant rise in the number of labor disputes related to the dismissal of unvaccinated workers.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the economy\u00a0is booming, as M&A and investment activities are very high and, overall, there is a lot of money on the market. This year has also been characterized by the unusually high level of IPOs, which are typically quite rare in Estonia.<\/p>\n
