The project was led by partner Kristi Sild and assisted by lawyer Kaisa-Maria\u00a0Kubpart.<\/p>\n<p>According to the securities market regulations, a shareholder who has a majority shareholding in a listed company must make a public offer to other shareholders for the acquisition of their shares. LEXTAL helped to prepare and carry out all the documents and procedures required for the takeover bid.
